Voluntary Information
Your information is collected, with your consent, when you leave Queen Mary’s Grammar School: for those who have already left, you may be asked to complete a contact form via the website or by post, or we may correspond with you via the telephone, or by e-mail, or we may meet you in person.
Involuntary Information
If you wish to order QM memorabilia from our online shop, you will have to provide your email address and this may be added to our database for future contact.
Use of your Personal Data
Your personal data is collected for the sole use of Queen Mary’s Club and will not be sold to or shared with any other body.
We use the information we collect to enable us to keep in contact with former pupils of Queen Mary’s Grammar School. This enables us to invite you to events such as the Annual Dinner; provide information about other ex-pupils in Newsletters and our From All Quarters annual publication; and ask for help/donations for the support of current pupils at the School.
If you have any complaints about our use of your personal information, please do not hesitate to contact us. You are, of course, at liberty to remove your information from our database at any time.
